No complains at all, I couldn't recommend more this place and would have stayed for longer. Thanks for the fantastic stay for two nights. I must comment on its very central location - it was awesome! Everyone who works in the hotel is kind and courteous.

Everything was first-class here, and the views were exceptional. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast here, I had healthy dishes. All the employees were outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice.

I thoroughly enjoyed the double room with a shower. the room was equipped with a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a television. - the location was marvelous, adjacent to Snowdonia, Castles, Manor Houses, and the center of Conwy.

The staff were welcoming and paid close attention to us, the room looked like it had just been renovated, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast at the restaurant, and the dishes we ordered were top-notch; plus, they offered coffee and tea making facilities, fridges.
